Malaysia bird's nest export: we supply, we do the paperwork

Bird's nest crosses borders under strict inspection and quarantine rules. If a document is missing or the source is unclear, the shipment is held at customs. The Xing Chen factory holds GVHP from the Department of Veterinary Services (DVS), MeSTI from the Ministry of Health Malaysia, and other certifications. Every export order starts from Xing Chen's own compliant raw material. For each shipment we prepare the veterinary health certificate and the customs and inspection documents, together with CAIQ traceability codes, to help your goods clear customs lawfully and smoothly in China and other countries.

Why it matters

One missing document holds up a whole shipment at port

Bird's nest is a regulated food. Export depends on documents, not luck.

Bird's nest is a food subject to inspection and quarantine controls. To enter markets such as China, the goods must come from a registered factory with the required certifications and be accompanied by complete veterinary health, inspection and quarantine, and customs documents. If any one of them is missing or non-compliant, the goods may be held at customs, returned or even destroyed.

The Xing Chen factory itself holds the government certifications required for export. For every export shipment we prepare the accompanying documents in full and go through the formal customs declaration channel. We help you put lawful entry on a solid footing, and we do not use grey-channel routes.

It is also because the source must be traceable that every export order we take starts from Xing Chen's own compliant raw material. Bird's nest you have bought yourself, or already have at home, cannot be used for export, even if it is processed at our factory.
